Policies
*COVID-19 Announcement*
Given global concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), We want to reach out and share the extra precautions Trinity Theatre is taking to keep our guests and employees safe and allow them to keep enjoying the movies at Trinity Theatre with confidence.
We are carefully monitoring the recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health organizations, and we have further elevated our current stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol. Here are some examples of what we are doing:
Disinfecting high-touch hard surfaces throughout the theatre hourly, such as door handles, concession counters, payment pads, handrails, and faucets
Enhancing deep cleaning after every show with an approved COVID-19 disinfectant in our restrooms, lobby, concession area, and both auditoriums, including armrests, cup holders and seats
Deployment of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers within our theatre
Educating our staff on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures and sanitizing
Instructing employees to wash their hands a minimum of hourly, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure. In addition to our continued policy for employees to wash hands after each non-related task
A plastic barrier shield in between customers and employees at the box office counter while purchasing items, to prevent droplet transfer
Requirement that guests who are not feeling well to stay home to prevent the spread of germs. Employees are required to stay home if not feeling well.
We thank you for your patience, understanding, dedication and trust in Trinity Theatre. We will get through this together.
